Zusammenfassung

Altana is seeking a senior leader to head the AI Deployment team in Amsterdam, owning delivery across customer implementations and ensuring agentic AI goes into production. You will hire, coach, and grow engineers, assign talent to accounts, and establish an operating rhythm across multiple engagements.

You will define standards for deploying agentic AI systems, review deployments for reliability and cost, and remain hands-on to engage with Altana’s engineering and data science teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery, including 2+ years leading engineers or technical delivery teams.
• Track record of building and growing high-performing technical teams that ship complex work.
• Player-coach mindset: lead while drilling deep technically when needed.
• Strong communicator and coordinator across engineering, product, and executives.
• Product and portfolio instincts with ability to prioritize and say no when needed.
• Bias toward automation, standardization, and repeatability over heroics.
• Hands-on depth to review what the team ships and discuss with peers.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and agent frameworks.
• Experience scaling delivery teams and enterprise software implementations.
• Background in global trade, supply chain, or trade compliance.

• Engage customers as a senior technical partner and manage expectations.
