Altana is seeking an experienced technical delivery leader to design, deploy, and oversee agentic AI workflows across customer environments. You will own end-to-end implementations, coordinating with engineering, data science, product, and customer success to ensure value delivery.

You will configure the platform against real customer data, build integrations, and drive adoption with measurable outcomes. This role sits in Amsterdam with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery (implementation, engineering, services, or PM with hands-on scope)
• Demonstrated track record delivering complex projects with external stakeholders under real deadlines
• Strong communicator and coordinator across multiple teams
• Product instincts and focus on solving real problems with smallest viable solution
• Comfortable with ambiguity and partial information; progress before full picture
• Bias toward automation and repeatability over heroic efforts

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows and ensure production reliability
• Lead customer implementations end to end from scoping to handoff
• Configure Altana platform against real data and customer workflows
• Build integrations, data handoffs, and internal tooling to accelerate delivery
• Drive adoption with measurable success criteria and define done for each project
