Job summary

Altana is the network for trusted trade. The Amsterdam-based AI Deployment team leads technical customer deliveries, standing up integrations and deploying agentic AI into customer processes.

You will build and scale a team of AI Deployment Engineers and own delivery across a portfolio of accounts. You bring 8+ years in customer-facing delivery, a track record of growing high-performing teams, and a hands-on, product-minded approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery.
• 2+ years leading engineers or delivery teams.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams.
• Player-coach mindset: lead and dive deep when needed.
• Strong communicator across execs to engineers.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of AI Deployment Engineers.
• Own staff capacity across accounts and match to goals.
• Establish operating rhythm for multiple implementations.
• Define standards for deploying agentic AI in production.
• Own delivery outcomes across all portfolio accounts.
• Set measurable success criteria for engagements.
• Engage customers as a senior technical partner.
• Coordinate across engineering, data science, product, and customer success.
