• 8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows and ensure they are safe and auditable
• Lead end-to-end customer implementations including configuration, integration, and go-live
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, product, and customer success
• Own implementation roadmap and define success metrics for each account
