Job summary

flatexDEGIRO Group is seeking a Senior AI Solutions & Delivery Manager to join our AI Hub in Amsterdam. You will partner with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver AI solutions that drive measurable business value.

You will own the delivery lifecycle from concept to production, manage dependencies, and ensure adoption. The role requires strong delivery experience, AI know-how, and the ability to align senior stakeholders across a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or delivery management for complex tech initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI-driven solutions including Generative AI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives from opportunity to adoption.
• Work with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver measurable value.
• Drive delivery across AI Hub and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure security, governance, testing and compliance of AI solutions.
• Coordinate testing, go-live prep and handover to production.
