Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior/Lead AI Deployment Engineer in Amsterdam to lead AI-enabled delivery for enterprise customers. You will steer AI agents, build data models, KPIs, and dashboards, and ensure outputs align with business objectives and customer context.

You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with a global Services team. Expect 4-7+ years in consulting, strong Celonis skills, and travel up to 50% to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
• Proficiency in Celonis platform, data modeling, KPI definition, and automation (PQL, SQL, Python).
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and ability to write clear specifications, evaluate AI outputs, and iterate.
• Strong business/process domain knowledge (ERP familiarity a plus) and stakeholder workshop leadership.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field; fluency in English; willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI deployment efforts using Apollo and Celonis platform capabilities to deliver measurable customer value.
• Define data models, KPIs, analyses, and dashboards based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customer IT and business stakeholders to align scope, data needs, and success criteria.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance; provide domain expertise where AI is limited.
• Drive rollout, adoption, and handover, enabling customers to extend the solution post-go-live.
• Develop scalable reference architectures and patterns for repeatable implementations.
