Job summary

Mistral in Amsterdam seeks a strategic AI engagement leader to guide executive workshops, craft roadmaps for value, and drive AI adoption across client ecosystems. You will architect end-to-end solutions, collaborate with the Applied AI team, and run pilots to demonstrate impact while aligning with customer objectives and ROI expectations.

The role blends strategic discovery, solution design, and customer success, demanding strong communication, business acumen, and hands-on AI project

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities where Mistral’s AI can drive improvements.
• Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers and articulate a path to value.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions and integrate Mistral’s models and platform into customer workflows.
• Own pilot projects and proofs-of-value to demonstrate impact and pave the way for deployment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, monitor KPIs, and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
