Job summary

Moss is seeking a Senior Account Manager/Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) to join our Dutch market team in Amsterdam. You will focus on building strong relationships, maximizing value, and driving adoption of Moss spend management features.

In this role you will upsell, monitor key metrics, and act as a product ambassador, translating client feedback into actionable improvements while striving for long‑term customer success and renewal.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a commercial customer-centric role.
• Experience upselling products and features to existing customers.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement by building scalable relationships and guiding activation of spend management features.
• Upsell by identifying new business opportunities and optimising product features.
• Measure success with KPIs to track revenue trajectory, renewals and SaaS uplift.
• Act as product ambassador by communicating client feedback to internal teams.
• Design client journeys to improve satisfaction and contribute to long-term retention.
• Opportunity to ramp up quickly and progress toward a lead position.
