Job summary

Monex Europe Markets S.V. is seeking a Senior Executive to drive revenue in the German market from Amsterdam. You will own a personal revenue book, originate and close new business with German-speaking corporates and institutions, and manage your pipeline end-to-end while upholding regulatory obligations.

You will mentor junior colleagues and set standards for the desk, collaborating with Cross-functional teams across Monex network while maintaining client relationships and market coverage.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• 5–7 years’ experience in FX, international payments or financial markets sales with proven revenue delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own your revenue book and hit weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
• Originate and close new business with German-speaking corporates and institutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients, ensuring margin discipline.
• Manage your own pipeline end to end and mentor junior colleagues.
