Job summary

Monex Europe Markets S.V in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Executive to own a Polish revenue book, hitting weekly, monthly and quarterly targets while upholding our compliance standards. Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in FX, international payments or financial markets sales.
• Proven revenue delivery against targets and strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; Polish language mandatory for client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue performance against KPIs and targets.
• Originate new Polish-speaking corporate/institution clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage the sales pipeline.
• Mentor juniors and share best practices on the desk.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and log activities.
