Job summary

Monex is seeking an Account Manager (Executive) in Amsterdam to manage relationships with existing clients and prospect new accounts. You will interface with the Dealing Team and work with Compliance and Risk to ensure regulatory adherence.

The role requires a proven Sales track record in B2B, strong closing skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales processes. Fluency in English and additional European languages are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales experience in a B2B role.
• Experience in regulated financial services is desirable.
• Proven track record at Sales Manager level in commercial Sales (face-to-face and telephone).
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead generation (sourcing & pitching).
• Planning Sales calls, meetings, and post-call follow ups.
• Presentations & documentation.
• Owning/implementing Sales and post-sale upselling.
• Developing & maintaining client relationships (via Trading team).
• Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast.
