Job summary

Monex Europe, part of the Monex Group, is hiring in Amsterdam for an Account Manager (Polish Market). You will own your revenue book, originate Polish-speaking corporate and institutional business, and drive end-to-end pipeline, aligned with regulatory obligations.

You will mentor junior colleagues and collaborate with Dealing, Compliance, and Risk teams. Fluency in Polish and English is required, with a track record of revenue delivery in FX or payments.

Responsibilities

• Own your individual daily, weekly and quarterly revenue performance against targets and KPIs
• Originate new business in the Polish market through outbound activity and your network
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients, ensuring margin discipline
• Feed insight from client conversations to the Head of Desk on new products and initiatives
