Job summary

Monex Europe in Amsterdam seeks a Senior Executive for the Italian market who owns a revenue book and originates new business with Italian-speaking corporates and institutions.

You will lead negotiations, manage a disciplined pipeline, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering sustainable revenue for the desk. This role offers visibility across offices in London and Madrid and exposure to high‑level client relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
• 5–7 years' experience in FX, international payments or financial markets sales.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and comfort owning pricing and margin conversations.
• Track record of revenue delivery against targets.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment governing FX and payments in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own your revenue performance against targets and KPIs.
• Originate new business in the Italian market through outbound activity and referrals.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients for margin discipline.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of Italian-speaking corporate and institutional clients.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasting and share best practices with colleagues.
