Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in sales, business development, account management or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of revenue growth from new business and account penetration.
• Experience managing a territory with hunting and farming balance.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships while identifying and converting new opportunities.
• Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into growth strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition through prospecting, lead generation and conversion within the assigned territory.
• Grow and develop the existing portfolio by increasing share-of-wallet and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct reviews and planning sessions to identify opportunities for value creation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing and Solutions teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposals and negotiations.
