Job summary

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative Semiconductors in the Netherlands. You will act as a trusted adviser to customers, manage relationships, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

In this role you’ll engage with customers and suppliers, leverage CRM and analytics tools, and collaborate with account management and engineering teams to identify opportunities, upsell products, and resolve supply challenges.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proven experience in inside sales or similar role in electronics distribution.
• Proactive and persistent sales execution.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted adviser to customers and maximise component and solution opportunities.
• Proactively follow up on quotes and respond to competitive information.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to gain market share in key segments.
• Identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell products and services.
