You will manage quotes, orders, deliveries, and maintain supplier relationships in a collaborative, international environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Inside Sales or related in electronics components.
• Well organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Communicative, team-oriented, with strong organizational skills and independent work ethic.
• Fluent in Dutch and good knowledge of English.
• Good MS-Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with and supporting a defined customer base.
• Systematically developing the sales area and building new customer relationships.
• Monitoring quality figures for our customers.
• Providing price and delivery quotes.
• Following up these quotes: processing orders and monitoring shipments to customers.
• Maintaining successful supplier relationships.
• Coordinating deliveries.
• First point of contact for customer complaints with solutions.
