Job summary

Approach People Recruitment represents a well-established international manufacturer of electronic components. We are seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to be the technical and commercial contact for customers, distributors and OEM prospects in the Dutch and Flemish markets.

Based in the Netherlands with flexible office attendance in the Overijssel region, you’ll manage key accounts, run quotations, identify new opportunities, and support long design-in cycles with field teams where needed.

Qualifications

• Technical education preferred.
• Experience in technical sales, inside sales or business development.
• Experience in electronics/electrical components or related industries.
• Ability to translate technical customer requirements into commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective OEM and EMS customers.
• Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities across the Dutch and Flemish market.
• Qualify inbound enquiries and conduct outbound prospecting activities.
• Promote a broad portfolio of electronic components and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up opportunities and support customers throughout the sales process.
• Discuss applications and advise customers on products such as fuses, connectors, power entry modules, EMC filters and circuit protection solutions.
• Support field sales colleagues by identifying and qualifying long-term design-in opportunities.
• Manage and document customer activities and projects within the CRM system.
