Job summary

Empiric is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead a key implementation stream for a Dutch client. This freelance role (minimum 6 months with extension) focuses on Employee Central within a regulated aviation workforce.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, design tailored templates, and drive end-to-end configuration, testing and hypercare support in a fast-paced consulting setting. Dutch language is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central.
• Experience delivering projects in a management consulting environment.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills bridging business requirements and system capabilities.
• Dutch speaking is highly preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimisation within SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central).
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and blueprinting for a high-volume, regulated aviation workforce.

Our client, a leading global consultancy, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead a key implementation stream for their end client, a well-renowned Dutch business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimisation within SuccessFactors (Employee Central).
• Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and blue-printing tailored to a high-volume, highly regulated aviation workforce.
• Partner directly with HR stakeholders to align global SuccessFactors templates with complex operational shifts, union agreements, and compliance standards.
• Deliver hands‑on configuration, testing, change enablement, and post‑go‑live hypercare support.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands‑on implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors and specifically Employee Central.
• Strong background delivering within a management consulting environment.
• Excellent client‑facing communication skills with the ability to bridge business requirements and system capabilities.
