Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant to design, configure, and administer compensation programs in global HR systems. You will partner with HR and business leaders to drive reward strategies and end-to-end cycle management.

The role requires hands-on configuration, strong analytics, and collaboration with IT and HR teams to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation & Variable Pay.
• 2-3+ end-to-end implementation projects in Compensation & Variable Pay.
• Strong knowledge of Variable Pay, Merit Increases, Bonus Planning, Total Rewards Statements.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration and troubleshooting, SAP support tickets.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay modules.
• Design compensation plans, bonus structures, merit increases programs, and total rewards processes.
• Support and manage the full compensation cycle, including planning, budgeting, approvals, and reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Perform data validation, budget modeling, and compensation analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and IT teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
• Deliver user training, support adoption activities, and drive change management initiatives.
• Generate compensation and HR-related reports for managers and leadership teams.
• Ensure system integrity, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and recommend continuous improvements
