• Proven experience in payroll issue analysis and resolution
• SAP EC payroll with P2P integrations
• Exposure to Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• Experience supporting HRSP and year-end payroll activities
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and documentation skills

Role Summary

TCS is seeking an experienced SAP EC payroll consultant with strong expertise in Netherlands (NL), payroll configuration, leading practices, and knowledge on the payroll operations.

The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of payroll processes, integrations, and issue resolution, while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support end-to-end “The Netherlands” payroll processes.
• Perform payroll schema and PCR changes to meet business and statutory requirements.
• Design and maintain wage type configurations and payroll calculations.
• Manage inbound and outbound payroll interfaces and integrations.
• Support point-to-point data replications between SAP and third-party systems.
• Handle payroll tax configurations and statutory compliance requirements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll processing issues.
• Support HRSP implementation activities, upgrades, and year-end payroll activities.
• May manage offshore payroll support team.

Must Have Skills / Knowledge

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP NL payroll end-to-end configuration (functional configuration).
• Expertise in PCRs, schemas, features, wage type concepts, customer-specific payslip design, support custom payroll reporting including analytics where applicable.
• Experience with payroll interfaces, integrations, and replications.
• Good understanding of Dutch payroll taxation and compliance.
• Proven experience in payroll issue analysis and resolution.
• SAP EC payroll experience with point-to-point (P2P) integrations.
• Exposure to Payroll Control Center (PCC).
• Experience supporting HRSP and year-end payroll activities.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional support for customer-specific technical design.
• Work as an expert / SME with multi-vendor payroll team.
• Dutch (intermediate to advanced) and English language.
• SAP payroll certification.

Good to Have Skills / Knowledge (Preferred)

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management.
• Capabilities using artificial intelligence (AI) specific to payroll.
