Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Consultant to lead design, configuration, and administration of compensation programs. You will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver impactful reward strategies and manage end-to-end compensation processes.

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation & Variable Pay.
• 2-3+ end-to-end implementation projects in Compensation & Variable Pay.
• Strong knowledge of: Variable Pay, Merit Increases, Bonus Planning, Total Rewards Statements.
• Hands-on experience with: System configuration and troubleshooting, Check Tool.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in: Data validation, Budget modeling, Complex reporting, User training and change management, Stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Configure and administer the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay modules.
• Design compensation plans, bonus structures, merit increase programs, and total rewards processes.
• Support and manage the full compensation cycle, including planning, budgeting, approvals, and reporting.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
• Perform data validation, budget modeling, and compensation analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and IT teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
• Deliver user training, support adoption activities, and drive change management initiatives.
• Generate compensation and HR-related reports for managers and leadership teams.
• Ensure system integrity, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors innovations and recommend continuous improvements
