Rezolve Ai is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors expert specializing in Employee Central for a hybrid role in the Netherlands. The candidate should have strong experience in Onboarding, Talent Management, Learning, and EC Payroll with NL exposure, and in integrating SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Finance.

Founder HR processes knowledge includes lifecycle management, recruitment, onboarding workflows, performance, and payroll.

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Core Expertise with Employee Central.
• Integration between SuccessFactors and SAP systems.
• HR process knowledge: lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll (NL exposure).
• Hands-on experience in RBPs, business rules, workflow configuration, incident triage, debugging, and root cause analysis.
• Hybrid position; valid Netherlands work permit required.

Must have Technical Skills:

SAP SuccessFactors Core Expertise

Strong experience with:

Employee Central (mandatory)

At least 2–3 modules among:

Onboarding

Talent Management (PMGM, Succession)

Learning

EC Payroll (Netherlands preferred)

Integration between SuccessFactors and SAP systems

Interfaces with:

SAP S/4HANA

SAP Finance

Other enterprise systems

HR Process understanding of:

Experience with:

Employee lifecycle management (hire → retire)

Recruitment and onboarding workflows

Performance and talent management

Payroll processes (NL-specific exposure preferred)

Hands-on experience in:

Role-based permissions (RBP)

Business rules configuration

Workflow configuration

Incident triage for HR systems

Debugging workflow and data issues

Root cause analysis (functional + configuration)
