Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) is seeking an experienced SAP EC payroll consultant with strong expertise in The Netherlands payroll configuration, tax rules, and payroll operations. The role requires deep functional knowledge of payroll processes, integrations, and issue resolution, working closely with business and technical stakeholders on global payroll initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP NL payroll end-to-end configuration (functional)
• Expertise with PCRs, schemas, features, wage types, and payslip design
• Experience with payroll interfaces and integrations
• Good understanding of Dutch payroll taxation and compliance
• Proven experience in payroll issue analysis and resolution
• SAP EC payroll with P2P integrations
• Exposure to Payroll Control Center (PCC)
• Experience supporting HRSP and year-end payroll activities
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Configure and support end-to-end The Netherlands payroll processes.
• Perform payroll schema and PCR changes to meet business requirements.
• Design and maintain wage type configurations and payroll calculations.
• Manage inbound and outbound payroll interfaces and integrations.
• Support data replications between SAP and third-party systems.
• Handle payroll tax configurations and statutory compliance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll processing issues.
• Support HRSP implementation activities, upgrades, and year-end payroll activities.
• May manage offshore payroll support team.
