Empiric in the Netherlands seeks a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant with expertise in SAP HCM PY or SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll. You will bridge payroll administration, customers and technology to optimize SAP Payroll processes.

You will configure modules, test changes, document updates, and guide clients through system updates while collaborating with internal consultants and delivery teams. Dutch fluency and strong communication are essential, with a customer-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• Dutch fluency required for client-facing interactions.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
• Experience in payroll administration or HR background is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills for a customer-facing role.

Responsabilités

• Configure SAP Payroll modules and resolve functional inquiries.
• Execute thorough functional testing for system modifications and document changes.
• Collaborate with internal consultants, payroll specialists, and clients to design tailored payroll solutions.
• Lead process improvements and guide clients through updates and best practices.
