Job summary

Keylime Consultants is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Analyst to join the People Department in Rotterdam on an interim basis. The role focuses on configuration, support and continuous development of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management for a global organisation.

You will own system configurations, manage data processes, and troubleshoot while supporting core HR operations across countries. Certification in SuccessFactors is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and optimise SAP SuccessFactors EC and Time Management for a multinational environment.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for EC and Time-related activities.
• Handle system configuration, change requests, custom fields, workflows, data imports and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain reports and analytics to meet regional needs.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to HR users and administrators; maintain documentation.
• Support integrations, data quality and process improvements across the SF landscape.

Job description

We're supporting a prestigious multi-national organisation in hiring an experienced SuccessFactors Analyst to join their People Department on an interim basis in Rotterdam. This is a hands-on in-house role within the HR function, focused on the configuration, support and continuous development of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management. It is particularly suited to a pro-active SuccessFactors specialist who enjoys owning system configuration, enhancements, data processes and troubleshooting while supporting core HR operations across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain and optimise SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules for a multi-national environment
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for Employee Central and Time-related activities
• Handle system configuration, change requests, custom fields, business rules, data imports, workflows and troubleshooting
• Support and enhance Time Management processes, including time off, time recording, accruals and related calculations
• Build and maintain reports and analytics to meet operational and regional business needs
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to HR users and administrators, and keep documentation current
• Support integrations, data quality and process improvements across the SuccessFactors landscape

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in the administration, configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on Employee Central and Time Management
• SuccessFactors certified
• Proven SuccessFactors configuration and system administration experience, ideally within multi-country or multi-entity environments
• Strong understanding of core HR processes, particularly Employee Central data structures and Time Management
• Experience with data imports, business rules, workflows, reporting and troubleshooting within SuccessFactors
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and communicate effectively with HR stakeholders
• Experience supporting or project-managing system enhancements is advantageous
