Job summary

LetMeShip is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join the Naarden-based team. You will manage daily operational and technical support requests for the LMS Next/ParcelParcel platform across multiple live markets, triaging and coordinating with Product and Tech as needed.

You will diagnose issues involving payments, APIs, and frontend/backend integrations, while collaborating with Customer Service, Sales and Invoicing to resolve inquiries quickly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support or as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally in e-commerce, logistics or SaaS.
• Fluent in English with very good German and/or Dutch.
• Self-organized with ability to triage and prioritize an unpredictable daily inflow of requests.
• Strong communicator capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily inflow of operational and technical support requests for LMS Next/ParcelParcel, triage before escalation to Product/Tech.
• Independently diagnose technical issues such as payment integration failures, frontend bugs or carrier-specific issues.
• Be the point of contact for operational questions from internal stakeholders across Customer Service, Sales and Invoicing.
• Investigate and document root causes of recurring bugs.
