Job summary

ITA Logistics Group is seeking a Market Support professional to keep LMS Next/ParcelParcel running smoothly across NL, BE, DE, ES, and future FR markets. You will handle technical and operational inquiries, triage issues, and coordinate with Product and Tech teams.

You will diagnose problems, work with data to verify root causes, and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders. A hybrid work setup and a focus on accuracy are key.

Qualifications

• You have a good technical understanding of web applications, APIs and third-party integrations.
• You are comfortable working with data to investigate issues independently using Metabase, queries or logs.
• Experience in Technical Support or as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally in ecommerce, logistics or SaaS.
• You are fluent in English and have a very good command of Dutch and/or German.
• You are self-organized and able to triage and prioritize an unpredictable daily inflow of requests.
• You are a strong communicator and can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• You are thorough and detail-oriented with patience for careful bug diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily inflow of operational and technical support requests for LMS Next/ParcelParcel and triage before escalation.
• Independently diagnose technical issues (e.g., payment integration failures, frontend bugs) and decide on resolution path.
• Serve as the point of contact for operational questions from internal stakeholders across CS, Sales and Invoicing.
• Investigate and document root causes of recurring bugs.
