Since 2000, ITA Logistics Group has been making shipping simpler, more transparent, and more efficient for businesses. With our platforms LetMeShip and ParcelParcel, companies can quickly compare and directly book their daily shipping needs. By bringing together a wide range of carriers on our platforms, we combine modern technology with personal service.
Your mission
As part of our Market Support team for LMS Next/ParcelParcel, you will work alongside a Product Owner and a Business Analyst to keep the platform’s day-to-day operations running smoothly across all live markets (NL, BE, DE, ES, and soon FR) – from technical troubleshooting to customer-facing questions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, pragmatic, hands-on environment, with direct escalation paths to Tech when needed.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You own the daily inflow of operational and technical support requests for LMS Next/ParcelParcel, acting as the first point of contact and triage before issues are escalated to Product/Tech.
- You independently diagnose technical issues, such as payment integration failures, frontend display bugs or carrier-specific issues, and determine whether they can be resolved directly or need to be passed on to Tech.
- You are the point of contact for operational questions about LMS Next/ParcelParcel from internal stakeholders across Customer Service, Sales and Invoicing.
- You investigate and document the root causes of recurring bugs.
What you need to succeed
- You have a good technical understanding of web applications, APIs and third-party integrations (e.g. payment providers, carrier APIs, frontend and backend), enabling you to identify where a technical issue originates – coding skills to fix it are not required.
- You are comfortable working with data to investigate issues independently, e.g. using Metabase, database queries or logs, rather than relying solely on someone else’s assessment.
- You have experience in Technical Support or as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally in e-commerce, logistics or a SaaS/platform environment.
- You are fluent in English and have a very good command of Dutch and/or German.
- You are self-organized and able to independently triage and prioritize an unpredictable daily inflow of requests.
- You are a strong communicator and can explain technical concepts clearly to internal stakeholders from non-technical teams.
- You are thorough and detail-oriented, with the patience required for careful bug diagnosis rather than focusing only on quick fixes.
- You stay calm under pressure and are comfortable working in an operational environment where issues often require an immediate response.
