Job summary

ITA Logistics Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to keep LMS Next/ParcelParcel running smoothly across NL, BE, DE, ES, and soon FR. You will be the first contact for operational and technical questions and work with a Product Owner and Business Analyst to triage issues.

You should bring hands-on experience in technical support or analytics, strong communication, and fluency in English with German and/or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support or as a Technical Business Analyst in ecommerce, logistics or SaaS.
• Fluent in English with good German and/or Dutch.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
• Comfortable diagnosing issues and triaging operational and technical requests.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily inflow of operational and technical support requests, triaging before escalation.
• Independently diagnose issues such as payment integration failures or frontend bugs.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders across Customer Service, Sales and Invoicing.
• Investigate and document root causes of recurring bugs.
