Job summary

CEVA Logistics, a leading international logistics provider, is hiring for an Account Support Specialist in Waalwijk. You will join a 12-person team and work in a hybrid setup, alternating between home and the office, supporting back-office ticket processing, inventory, and reporting.

You will collaborate with project managers, process owners, operations, and carriers, with English used for external email communication and Teams for internal discussions.

Qualifications

• Completion of a degree at MBO level 4.
• Proficient with multiple systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Initiative-taking, situational awareness and strong teamwork.
• Proficient English speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and propose improvements in our services.
• Respond to inquiries regarding orders, backorders, shipments and returns via email.
• Manage inventory and contribute to purchasing processes.
• Assist in shipment investigations.
• Generate reports from various systems and inform stakeholders.
