Job summary

FiveX is seeking a friendly, customer-oriented part-time colleague in Amsterdam to handle inquiries via email, chat and phone. You will triage questions, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and help keep marketplace operations running smoothly.

Fluency in Dutch and English with a calm, helpful tone is essential. Prior SaaS or marketplace support experience is valued, and you will contribute to internal FAQs and documentation to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing experience in SaaS, ecommerce or marketplace tooling.
• Strong written Dutch and English with friendly tone.
• Available for part-time hours aligned with Amsterdam coverage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries with timely, accurate guidance across channels.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and success teams for incidents.
• Improve micro-copy and internal FAQs to reduce repeated questions.
• Document customer context so teammates can pick up threads.
