Job summary

SoftwareOne in Amsterdam is seeking a motivated Customer Success ally to support clients and ensure smooth onboarding. You don’t need years of experience; if you speak Dutch and English fluently, enjoy working with people, and are eager to learn about technology and customer relationships, we’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, help onboard new users, prepare simple reports and meeting notes, and collaborate with Sales and Service to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• Organised and able to manage your time effectively.
• Eager to learn about technology, sales operations, and customer success.
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for our customers - answering questions and helping them find the right solutions.
• Support the onboarding of new customers and make sure they know how to use our tools and services.
• Help prepare simple reports, presentations, and meeting notes for client calls.
• Work closely with our Sales and Service teams to make sure customers are happy and supported.
• Spot opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the team.
