Job summary

Vinted Go is seeking a Partner Success Coordinator (Dutch Speaking) in Amsterdam to manage high-priority partner support cases and coordinate with internal teams. You will help improve processes, maintain knowledge bases, and contribute to service quality while expanding to other markets as needed.

The role requires Dutch and English fluency, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to analyze complex issues in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Have experience in customer support/complaint handling.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Able to assess complex issues and relevant data points, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain solutions clearly and calmly, even in challenging situations.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and ability to collaborate to reach results.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for complex, high-priority partner support cases, incidents, and alerts.
• Coordinate between partners and internal teams, including management, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Sales.
• Improve operational processes while balancing compliance, regulations, and partner satisfaction.
• Maintain and update the support knowledge base for agents.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, compliance, and service quality.
• Support agents’ development through feedback, knowledge sharing, and quality initiatives.
• Analyse partner contact trends to drive improvements, reduce friction, and increase efficiency, including through automation.
• Contribute to the launch of new services and strategic initiatives as a CS representative.
• Primarily you will work with the Netherland Partners with an opportunity to expand into other VintedGo markets.
