Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a customer support specialist to join our global hospitality team. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing education, troubleshooting, and guidance across multiple platforms.

Fluency in Dutch and English, plus a proactive, detail-oriented approach, will help you resolve issues quickly while documenting conversations in our ticketing system. A flexible roster supports our 24x7 global service model.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or technical support.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication.
• Familiar with helpdesk or ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist hospitality customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to solutions.
• Escalate product bugs to QA with detailed reproduction steps.
• Document interactions in the ticketing system.
• Rostered shifts to ensure 24x7 availability.
