Job summary

Dyflexis is seeking a seasoned Implementation/Project Lead to manage multiple SaaS implementations across retail, hospitality, and logistics. You’ll own project plans, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery from contract signing to customer onboarding.

You’ll apply PRINCE2 principles while staying pragmatic, coordinating training for admins and end users, and visiting clients on-site when it adds value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation, project, or consultancy role in SaaS/B2B.
• Demonstrable project management experience, ideally with PRINCE2 or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects without losing overview or quality.
• Clear, confident communication with directors and end users.
• Technically quick to pick up new tools and explain them quickly.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1).
• Curious about customers, product, internal developments, and improvements.
• Ownership mindset and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable representing Dyflexis on-site with clients.

Responsibilities

• Run smaller projects independently or with a colleague on larger ones.
• Deliver training to system administrators and end users, explaining complex functionality understandably.
• Visit customers on-site when beneficial to the project and represent Dyflexis accordingly.
• Manage stakeholders across the business from directors to enterprise IT.
• Help shape how the implementation team can work smarter, faster, and more effectively.
