Job summary

Dyflexis is seeking a B2B Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of our workforce management software for enterprise customers across multiple locations. You will coordinate HR, IT, operations and management to reach successful go-lives while managing several projects in parallel.

You’ll train system administrators and end users, translating complex features into clear value, and you’ll travel on-site when needed to keep projects on track. Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a consultancy, project or implementation role in SaaS or B2B.
• Proven ability to run several projects concurrently with quality.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior leaders.
• Hands-on change management experience focused on people.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SaaS implementations for workforce software.
• Coordinate HR, IT, operations and management to go live.
• Build realistic project plans, set expectations and guide adoption.
• Prioritize and track up to 20 projects; collaborate with a consultancy team.
• Travel on-site to advance projects and represent Dyflexis professionally.
• Train admins and end users to simplify complex functionality.
