Job summary

Dyflexis is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise customers across multiple locations. You will align HR, IT, operations and management to drive go-lives with minimal disruption.

With 3+ years in similar roles, you’ll manage multiple projects, balance priorities, and guide teams through change—training admins and end users while representing the company with clarity and focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation, project or consultancy (SaaS/B2B).
• Proven project management: run several projects with quality.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior decision-makers.
• Hands-on change management; go-live is people-focused.
• Tech-savvy and data-driven; learn new tools fast.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS implementations end-to-end for enterprise customers across locations.
• Build a realistic project plan and guide the organization from kick-off to adoption.
• Handle up to 20 projects simultaneously, prioritise and keep on track.

This is what you'll do

As an Implementation Consultant, you manage our SaaS implementations end-to-end, for our workforce management software, with a growing focus on enterprise customers across multiple locations and departments. You work in a structured way and stay pragmatic in every implementation. You bring HR, IT, operations, and management together and make sure everyone is working towards the same go live.

You analyze each customer's situation from the ground up: How their workflows are set up and what needs to change to make it work. From there, you build a realistic project plan, set clear expectations, and guide the organization through the change, from kick-off to adoption. With up to 20 implementation projects running at the same time, you switch fast, set priorities, and keep every project on track. You don't do it alone: A strong implementation team has your back.

• Build trust from day one with every stakeholder, from enterprise C-level leaders to the teams who use the software every day.
• Run smaller projects on your own and team up with a colleague on the big ones.
• Go on-site when it moves the project forward, and represent Dyflexis the way we work: Direct, engaged and helpful.
• Train system administrators and end users, making complex functionality easy for anyone to understand.
• Guide teams through change, turn resistance into buy-in, and set customers up to take full ownership after go-live.
• Bring fresh ideas that help the implementation team work smarter, with AI where it helps and sharp thinking where it counts.

This is what you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in an implementation, project or consultancy role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Proven project management experience: you run several projects at once without losing overview or quality.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, internally and externally. You're comfortable at the table with senior decisionmakers, and you don't avoid difficult conversations.
• Hands-on change management experience: You know a successful go-live is about people, not just configuration
• Tech-savvy and data-driven: No coding is needed, but you learn new tools fast, use data to steer your projects and explain it all even faster.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level).
