Job summary

Dyflexis is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to lead multiple implementation projects, acting as the first point of contact for onboarding after deals are signed. You will analyze customer workflows, build project plans based on PRINCE2, and maintain momentum through every phase.

You will train admins and end users, visit customers on-site when beneficial, and manage stakeholders from directors to enterprise IT teams, helping the team work more efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an implementation, project, or consultancy role in SaaS or B2B.
• Proven project management experience, ideally with PRINCE2 or a similar structured methodology.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects without losing overview or quality.
• Clear, confident communication with directors or end users.
• Rapidly learns new tools and explains them quickly.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1), spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Run smaller projects independently, and team up on bigger ones.
• Train system administrators and end users, explaining complex functionality clearly.
• Visit customers on-site when beneficial to the project.
• Manage stakeholders across the business, from directors to IT departments.
• Help shape how the implementation team works smarter and faster.
