Job summary
Circularise is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead for SaaS onboarding and deployment in the Netherlands. You will drive project delivery from kickoff to go-live, coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering) and ensure smooth integrations, testing, and onboarding across customer implementations.
The role emphasizes structured planning, proactive follow-through, and strong communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in SaaS implementation or enterprise onboarding.
- Strong project management instincts and clear communication.
- Technically literate in APIs, data mappings, and integrations.
- Experience with enterprise software rollouts and UAT.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
Responsibilities
- Own project delivery from kickoff to go-live.
- Build and maintain project plans and progress updates.
- Run weekly project meetings and executive updates.
- Coordinate integration design, testing, and defect resolution.
- Lead onboarding sessions and UAT planning.
- Bridge sales promises and delivery reality.
- Create reusable playbooks and improve processes.
