Job summary

Workiva is seeking Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to be the primary post-sale contact for clients, driving adoption of the Workiva Platform and maximizing ROI across named accounts. You will build multi-level relationships, guide customer journeys with Success Plans, and collaborate with Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure renewals and expansions.

As an advisor to the customer, you will deliver consultative recommendations, train users, and monitor success metrics,

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 2 years of related experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management or Sales.
• Experience supporting a SaaS application is a plus.
• Ability to understand complex problems and explain them simply.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with consultant-level recommendations.
• Self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption of Workiva solutions.
• Ensure continuous ROI to customers.
• Consult on best practices, workflows, and business reviews.
• Develop relationships across customer organizations.
• Identify risks within named accounts and manage/escalate to resolution.
• Ensure customers progress on key milestones using Success Plans.
• Advocate for customers with Sales, Services, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Work with Sales to understand upcoming renewals.
• Teach customers how to use the Workiva Platform.
• Use customer management tools to track communication, issues, and metrics.
