Picnic is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to own day-to-day performance across inbound or outbound areas in the Netherlands. You will lead multiple shifts, drive engagement, and translate data into concrete actions that improve safety, quality and productivity on the floor.

Location flexibility across multiple sites (Utrecht, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Heerenveen, Zwolle, Nijmegen, Geldermalsen) is offered, with a fast-paced scale-up environment and opportunities to

Formación

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience.
• Comfortable managing high-volume, high-SKU workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Hands-on experience in automated/semi-automated/manual fulfilment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and supervise 1 shift on the floor.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of your area (inbound or outbound).
• Lead teams across multiple shifts to drive engagement and captain leadership on the floor.
• Handle major incidents, set productivity inputs, and manage planning escalations.
• Lead improvement initiatives and support Lean activities to remove friction.
• Drive shift-level results on delivery capacity, UPH, cost, completeness and timeliness.
