Job summary

Picnic is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day performance across multiple shifts in the Netherlands. You will own KPIs for safety, quality and productivity while actively leading teams on the floor and translating data-driven insights into concrete actions.

With a Master’s degree and 3+ years in supply chain, you will drive Lean initiatives, manage incidents and planning escalations, and continuously improve processes to achieve reliable,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data tools.
• Lean and continuous improvement familiarity.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Hands-on fulfilment experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive process improvements.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of your area.
• Direct multiple shifts and teams with on-floor leadership.
• Handle incidents, plan, and escalate when needed.
• Drive improvements and Lean initiatives to remove friction.
• Manage performance metrics: safety, quality, productivity, delivery.
