Picnic in Rotterdam is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to own day-to-day performance, lead multiple shifts and teams, and translate analysis into concrete actions that improve safety, quality and productivity.

You will drive Lean initiatives, manage incidents and planning escalations, and push for operational excellence across inbound and outbound flows with a hands-on leadership style and strong data discipline.

Formación

• Master’s degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Hands-on experience in automated/semi-automated/manual fulfilment.
• Proven ability to lead teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations: supervise 1 shift on the floor each week and drive improvements.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance, delivering safety, quality and productivity KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership across multiple shifts to engage and retain staff.
• Handle major incidents and manage planning escalations when needed.
• Lead improvement initiatives and Lean activities to remove friction.
• Drive shift-level results on delivery capacity, UPH, cost, and timeliness.
