Picnic is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to oversee high-volume fulfillment operations. You will lead daily on-floor activities, own performance metrics, and translate data insights into concrete actions that enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

You will manage multiple shifts, drive engagement, and advance Lean initiatives to streamline workflows. Location-flexible with sites across the Netherlands, this role offers impactful scale-up opportunities and

Formación

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Hands-on leadership across multiple shifts and teams.
• Proven ability to lead high-volume, high-SKU operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and drive process improvements across shifts.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of your area, delivering safety, quality, productivity and delivery KPIs.
• Provide hands-on leadership and strong captain leadership on the floor.
• Handle major incidents, set productivity inputs and manage planning escalations.
• Lead improvement initiatives and support Lean activities to remove friction.
• Drive shift-level results on delivery capacity, UPH, cost, completeness and timeliness.
