Job summary

Picnic is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to own day-to-day performance across outbound/inbound areas in the Netherlands. You will lead multiple shifts, translate data insights into concrete actions, and relentlessly drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements on the floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong process discipline, and the ability to manage incidents and planning escalations while guiding Lean-driven improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Hands-on experience in automated/semi-automated/manual fulfilment.
• Lean/continuous improvement experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and supervise 1 shift on the floor each week.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of the area (inbound or outbound).
• Translate analysis into concrete actions to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead teams across multiple shifts and drive engagement and retention.
• Handle major incidents, plan escalations, and manage productivity inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean activities.
