Picnic is seeking an Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager in Heerenveen. You will own day-to-day performance, lead several shifts and teams, and translate data into concrete actions that improve safety, quality, and productivity across operations.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree and 3+ years in supply chain, with strong analytical skills and lean experience. Location flexibility across Netherlands options is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain or operations.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Hands-on leadership with lean/continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive process improvements.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of your area.
• Lead teams across multiple shifts and manage incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean activities.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery KPIs.
• Turn insights into concrete floor actions.
