Job summary

Picnic in Rotterdam seeks a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to own day-to-day performance and lead multiple shifts. You will translate data into concrete actions that improve safety, quality and productivity on the floor.

You will lead Lean initiatives, manage incidents and planning escalations, and drive engagement across teams. Strong analytical skills and hands-on leadership are essential in this fast-growing, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Hands-on experience with automated/semi-automated fulfilment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive process improvements.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of inbound or outbound area.
• Lead multiple shifts and teams with hands-on leadership.
• Handle incidents, set productivity inputs, and manage planning escalations.
• Drive Lean initiatives to remove friction and improve safety, quality and productivity.
• Monitor KPI delivery, UPH, cost, and on-time deliveries.
