Job summary

Picnic is looking for a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to lead multiple shifts and teams across its Dutch sites. You will own daily performance in your area and translate data insights into actions that improve safety, quality, and productivity.

With a Master’s degree and 3+ years in Supply Chain, you will drive Lean initiatives, manage incidents, and guide teams to higher efficiency and flawless deliveries across inbound and outbound operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience.
• Comfortable managing high-volume, high-SKU workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English; Dutch preferred.
• Hands-on experience in automated/semi-automated/manual fulfilment.
• Proven ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and drive process improvements and operational excellence.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance of your area, delivering safety, quality, productivity, and delivery KPIs.
• Lead teams across multiple shifts, driving engagement and strong on-floor leadership.
• Handle major incidents, set productivity inputs, and manage planning escalations.
• Lead improvement initiatives and support Lean activities to remove friction.
• Drive shift-level results on delivery capacity, UPH, cost, completeness, timeliness and perfect deliveries.
