Picnic Technologies is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day performance across multiple shifts in our Netherlands-based network. You will lead teams on the floor, translate analytics into concrete actions, and drive safety, quality, and productivity through disciplined processes.

The role combines hands-on leadership with Lean initiatives to optimize inbound or outbound operations, focusing on delivery KPIs and efficient throughput across multiple sites.

Formación

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain experience.
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on leadership and experience managing multiple shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and drive process improvements.
• Own day-to-day and weekly performance for inbound or outbound areas.
• Lead teams across multiple shifts to ensure safety, quality, productivity.
• Handle incidents, planning escalations and drive on-floor improvements.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and remove friction in operations.
• Drive delivery capacity, UPH, cost, timeliness, and perfect deliveries.
