Responsibilities

• Research and issue all customer requests for material return; coordinate returns to vendors.
• Serve as the primary contact for RMAs, RTVAs, and returns.
• Process and issue customer credits and vendor debits in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify returned products match what was shipped to/from Smith and Associates.
• Respond to accounting inquiries and provide supporting documentation.
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly RMA/RTVA reports.
• Track return material movement and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Assist with routine cycle counts to validate stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Receiving, Logistics, QC, Accounting, Legal, and others.
• Provide backup support for other functions within Operations.
• Ability to multi-task and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
